Defective or Damaged Items
If your speed loader arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return shipping required. Just email a photo to support@azspeedloaders.com.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer covers return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@azspeedloaders.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
